I was treated to another classic Random Robbie quote earlier this week. We were in the car and we had been chatting fairly normally when Robbie said "I didn't understand how devastating mental health problems could be until I met you" Having known Robbie for this long I am usually able to work out what he means, even if what he actually says is misleading.
He didn't mean that I had driven him mad, and for those who don't know me I am not about to be sectioned! I must admit one or two of my friends questioned my sanity when I decided to marry Robbie, but I was totally sane and people now understand that it was a very good choice. Back to the quote, he was referring to my work, part of which involves working with adults with mental health problems.
